In the global push for empowering women in everything from education to business, politics, and health, the U.S. ranked 27th behind Lesotho (No. 16), Mozambique (No. 18) and Moldova (No. 20). In an effort to help women recognize and fulfill their God-given potential, Staci birthed the organization EMwomen.com, a social network dedicated to helping women become catalysts of change in the workplace, community and world.

By helping women balance the every increasing demands of motherhood, business leadership, marriage, and more, Staci is able to open up the doors of opportunity for greater success for both the woman and the business she represents.

The “EMpowering Women” seminar is a time of focused evaluation for women who have multiple hats to wear. The charts, graphs and studies will help leading ladies identify and clarify their personal core values and life passion so that balance can be achieved. Through dynamic illustrations, music, and video, Staci is able to illuminate the hearts and minds of women and help them recognize their personal greatness, believe in their overall potential, and step into a new life plan that leads to balanced success.

By empowering the women in the workplace, you are empowering the strongest influencers and connectors in your organization. Women are incubators, influencers, and catalysts of hope and change. When a woman is trained in the art of living a balanced life, she becomes a stronger contributor to her workplace, family and community.
